SURGICAL CEMENT WITH BETA TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE FOR VERTEBROPLASTY.

The vertebroplasty cement with β tricalcium phosphate has been designed for the treatment of vertebral bodies with altered structures secondary to Osteoporosis, Tumor infiltration (either Benign or Malignant), Vascular Malformations and selected Cases of Trauma.

Application method:
Cement injection by means of a Vertebral Body Biopsy needle.

The addition of β tricalcium phosphate contributes to the reduction of the polymerization temperature of the cement.
